Valor Fruit Processing Plant
A development envisioned upon an virgin site in the Addo area, the new Valor Fruit Processing Plant Plant is a worldclass facility accommodating all aspects of the clients diverse needs; including production, storage and retail components of the fruit processing industry allied with the head administrative offices, an effluent treatment plant and a laboratory facility which enables the continued pursuit of excellence desired by the client. The project called for a level of sustainability to relieve the dependence of this rural site upon surrounding infrastructure. The project necessitated a large level of involvement and supervision which was initialised with the client in the pre-design phase and extended well beyond the design of the project, requiring project planning, project management and a full Architectural service.
