This regional distribution office for the Cash Crusaders company is setting the standard for a wave of small scale industrial buildings in Port Elizabeth's new CBD, Newton Park. The pioneering spirit of the project gave rise to unique design challenges, such as creating a sympathetic relationship with the surrounding context by breaking up the functional components of the building to reduce the perceptual mass of a large building in a suburban environment.
