A new 4,500 m² office park with a high level of detailing and premium quality finishes. The design addresses a number of challenges including the provision of adequate parking without compromising usable floor area by exploiting the unusual gradient of the site with a discreet basement parking level serving 2 separate office buildings. This building was nominated as a finalist in the category of New Building in the Industrial and Commercial Sector in the 2009 SAPOA Awards for Excellence in Property Development.
