A new 2,000 m² warehouse and supporting offices serving as the regional logistics hub for Famous Brands located in the Coega IDZ, overseen by a full professional team. The new building is a highly visible building on the N2 National Road which runs through the IDZ, providing the tenant with maximum exposure within Zone 1, the logistics zone situated close to the Port of Ngqura. The office component fulfils both the iconic demands of “highway architecture” as well as the sustainable building standards.
