A new national distribution centre with offices located in the new Lanseria Corporate Estate. The project adheres to the pioneering estate's high level of environmental and stringent design guidelines while maintaining a unique design. The office component serves as a visual buffer to the warehouse, creating a better human environment at street level, and raises the design expectation of similar building types. Being one of the first buildings on site, the project presents itself as a successful example for future developments in the estate.
