A new multipurpose structure which integrates the showroom, office and warehouse facilities for Lusaka's most prominent I.T. equipment distributor. A considered approach to planning enables the building to fulfill its warehouse capability while addressing the public realm with a modern facade which incorporates passive environmental control components to regulate the African climate.
