A 5,800m² warehouse which sets new standards in industrial buildings, challenging traditional perceptions of warehouse architecture through the scale and form presented to the public face of the building. The building is flexible and robust with the potential to accommodate a number of uses, yet it maintains a distinctive appeal in the industrial context of Deal Party. This building was nominated as a finalist in the category of New Building in the Industrial and Commercial Sector in the 2009 SAPOA Awards for Excellence in Property Development.
