A first of its kind in Newton Park, this 1,000 m² warehouse and integrated offices achieves a sensitive integration of world class warehousing into a suburban commercial context. Adaptability and scalability were key contributors to this design for which distinctive archetypes were conceived to generate a common aesthetic among future projects by the same developer.
