Before the rapid influx of sprawling mansions in this holiday town, the area was characterized by smaller cottages and holiday homes. This house was designed to provide all the flexibility and opportunities of a large scale residence, yet contain the footprint in a relatively small envelope; acknowledging the intimate nature of St. Francis at the time.
