A change in tenants' needs, coupled with the demands of the very competitive retail environment, Corfou Investments undertook a comprehensive redesign of this previously nondescript retail building on a high profile site in Cape Road The redesign included a new facade for the building and a total refit of the interior spaces for all the tenants, which included Checkers and Furniture City.
